Clearfil Porcelain Bond Activator enhances bonding strength of composites to porcelain and cured composite resin. It must be used in combination with the CLEARFIL bonding system (CLEARFIL Tri-S BOND, CLEARFIL SE Bond, CLEARFIL SE Protect, CLEARFIL New Bond or CLEARFIL Photo Bond). Prior phosphoric acid treatment of porcelain surface is necessary. Indications: Increases retention of porcelain (inlays, onlays, crowns, and veneers) and composite (inlays and onlays) to composite resin cements, and increases bonding strength of composite repairs of porcelain and to porcelain. Must be refrigerated 2-8°C, and should be brought to room temperature before using.
