ORBIS Cold & Hot Gel Pack can be used both as a cold and hot gel compress. Cold method, cool the gel compress at least 2 hours before use. Hot method, place the gel compress microwave oven for 30 seconds or in boiling water for approx. 10 minutes. When using both methods, the gel compress is wrapped in a suitable towel during use.
