Aqueous solution containing 5% glutaraldehyde and 35% HEMA (pre‑primer resin). Glutaraldehyde has antibacterial properties. Used for exposed sensitive cervical areas or before cementation/restoration to prevent sensitivity. Works by coagulating plasma proteins in dentinal tubules, forming a ‘plug’. Available as liquid or gel (Gluma PowerGel).
